Digital Items Can Be Downloaded Two Different Ways.
Download from order page
When your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to your order page where you will be able to click on the access download button at the buttom of the page. This will bring you to your file access page for you to downlaod your files.
Download from your email inbox
After you have made your purchase and the order is confirmed, you will instantly recieve an email for you order. In your email below the view order button, you will see the Access downloads link where you will be able to click on it and will be directed to your file downlad page to download your files.
I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an account.
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
I’m having trouble downloading my files.
